When a Trust is created, the Legal Title belongs to the Trustee & the Beneficial Title to the Beneficiary. The Settlor is the person who provides the assets to the Trust and (if applicable) the person who distributes the assets. Trusts are administered and enforced in Legal Jurisdiction – Equity.
