Details are kept on a database which can only be accessed by the ProbityCo director and Secretary and by our web manager when we send out e-newsletters.

In order to ensure the most secure systems for the handling personal information and communications we use international companies to store and process our data, all of whom are compliant with the requirements of UK data privacy law. These include:
Proton Mail as our data processor in respect to the processing, storage and analysis of our subscriber information.
CloudWays as our data processor for website hosting and CloudWays storage.
Google Analytics as our data processor for tracking general site traffic and usage.
